- How do pre-orders work?

If an item has the tag " Pre-order", it means that the item is currently still being manufactered. When buying a " Pre-order" it is therefore assumed that you know that it will take a bit until the item is in stock. For each item I will try and provide an estimate as to when the item will be in stock, but sometimes certain changes in the time frame can occur due to things outside of my power. This record label is ran by just one person, meaning that things can take longer than expected. I therefore appreciate your patience, but if you have any questions always feel free to send me an email to inquire about a certain item.


- When is my order going to ship?

Please keep an eye out on the Instagram stories where I do occasional updates regarding specific items. If you missed any of these stories, you can also find them in the "Shipping" highlight on the labels Instagram page.


- I want a refund.

While it is understandable that refunds are sometimes needed, they can only be issued with a plausible reason. Always think twice before placing an order, requesting a refund very shortly after placing an (pre-)order is tough for small labels as myself with regards to both the artist as well as production of the product. All tapes and vinyl are packaged with utmost care and personalized just for you to assure you receive the awesome item you bought. In case of serious damage to your item I will try and work out a proper solution with you, but do understand that I cannot know how your parcel is being handled by postal service both during national and international transit. All vinyl is shipped outside its sleeve to prevent seam-split damage during transit. Minor issues such as tiny corner dings on a sleeve or a crack in a cassette case are out of my control. I understand that this is unfortunate, but please understand that this can not be treated as serious damage that require replacing or refunding.


- I no longer live on the address I purchased the product to.
